The owners, Pauline O’Sullivan & Mary Hennessy have extensive experience in the property market. Having completed a Degree in Property Management & Valuation and working in the Rental Industry in Cork for two years, Pauline set-up ‘Pauline O’Sullivan Lettings’ in October 2003. Since then Pauline has joined with Mary Hennessy and open Prime Letting & Management in April 2005.

Mary worked for a number of years with Frank V. Murphy & Co., in their rental department. Having gained such great field experience and seeing an opening in the market, Mary opened ‘Spring Clean Property Services’.
